Welcome to ReVamp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReVamp website, online store, products, services, content, features, and tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use or access our Services.
ReVamp is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases you make through our store are made directly with ReVamp.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. If you allow a minor to use the Services on a device that you own or manage, you are responsible for that minor's use of the Services.
To use certain features of our Services, including placing an order or creating an account, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide that information.
If you create an account with ReVamp, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise provide your account to another person.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products and Services. However, product colors, packaging, appearance, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, screen, or settings.
Product descriptions, ingredients, serving information, availability, pricing, and other product information may be changed or updated at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.
Our products are intended to be used only as directed on the applicable product packaging and labeling. Nothing on our website or through our Services is intended to provide medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order through our store, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order. ReVamp reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order for reasons permitted by law, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that may require us to do so.
Your order is not considered accepted until ReVamp confirms the order and receives the required payment. If we are unable to accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may enter our fulfillment process quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request can be accommodated after an order has been placed.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Subscription purchases are also subject to our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and are not authorized for commercial resale or export unless expressly agreed to by ReVamp in writing.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change at any time. The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Available shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer promotions, discounts, free-shipping offers, or other special offers from time to time. Additional terms may apply to individual promotions. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms will control for that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, shipping, and account information and to promptly update that information when necessary. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ReVamp currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or internationally.
Orders are typically packed and handed to the shipping carrier within one business day of being placed. Order processing times may vary during periods of unusually high order volume or other circumstances that may affect our ability to process an order. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to a third-party shipping carrier, ReVamp is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe or adverse weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, periods of unusually high shipping volume, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If a package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Support@ReVampperformance.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigating the shipment and, when appropriate, work with the carrier to locate the package. ReVamp cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages that are lost or delayed after being accepted by the carrier.
If tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location. If the package remains missing, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigating the shipment. ReVamp cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes before an order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed or entered the fulfillment process. ReVamp is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us at Support@ReVampperformance.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials made available through our Services, including our trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, slogans, text, images, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, product reviews, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by ReVamp or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit materials from our Services without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
ReVamp's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ReVamp or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Shopify's name, logo, and other trademarks belong to Shopify. Other trademarks appearing through our Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may provide access to certain tools, features, applications, integrations, or services provided by third parties. ReVamp does not necessarily monitor, control, or endorse these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, ReVamp is not responsible for losses, damages, or issues arising from your use of third-party services.
Our Services may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, products, services, or practices of third-party websites. If you choose to access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk.
SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY
ReVamp is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and ReVamp.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by ReVamp or for any injury, damage, loss, or other issue arising from products purchased from ReVamp. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ReVamp.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information obtained through our Services.
Because our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, Shopify and certain third-party service providers may also collect and process information in connection with your use of the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy and any applicable third-party privacy policies for additional information.
SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other feedback to ReVamp ("Feedback"), you grant ReVamp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for business, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that your Feedback does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.
ReVamp is not obligated to maintain Feedback in confidence, provide compensation for Feedback, or respond to Feedback. We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish Feedback that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate or unlawful.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, availability, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time. Where permitted by law, we may also cancel or modify an order if information relied upon for the order was materially inaccurate.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law; infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of ReVamp or another party; harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm another person; submit false or misleading information; impersonate another person or entity; distribute malicious code; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or engage in conduct that may harm ReVamp, our customers, our service providers, or others.
You may not use automated means to access, scrape, copy, extract, monitor, or collect information from our Services without our prior written permission. You may not attempt to bypass or interfere with security measures or other restrictions we use to protect the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services or accounts that violate these Terms, where permitted by law.
SECTION 14 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services, or any portion of them, at our discretion where permitted by law. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other applicable provisions.
SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services and the information provided through them are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReVamp does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Except as expressly stated by ReVamp and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReVamp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Services and products offered through the Services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReVamp and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReVamp's total liability arising from or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to ReVamp for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReVamp, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party, or your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReVamp regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the same subject matter.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ReVamp may assign or transfer these Terms or its rights and obligations without your consent where permitted by law.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to your use of the Services or purchase of products from ReVamp will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

ReVamp reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes when required by applicable law. Your continued use of or access to the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.
