Subscriptions
At ReVamp, we believe consistency should be simple. Our Subscribe & Save program allows you to receive your favorite performance essentials automatically while enjoying subscriber-exclusive savings.
Recurring Orders & Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ReVamp to automatically charge your selected payment method according to your chosen delivery frequency.
Your payment information is stored securely through our payment processing providers. Each recurring order will be charged at the applicable subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Managing Your Subscription
You're in control of your subscription. You can manage your recurring deliveries through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation emails or through your customer account.
Depending on the available subscription settings, you may:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip or reschedule an upcoming delivery
- Update your payment information
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation prevents future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify orders that have already been processed.
To avoid an upcoming charge, please make changes or cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders are fulfilled according to your selected delivery frequency, subject to product availability. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery dates may vary depending on shipping carrier conditions and fulfillment schedules.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to ReVamp's standard Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify previously processed orders for a refund.
